What grades are commonly used for cemented carbide mining drill bits?

The commonly used grades of mining brazing tips are generally: YK15 YK15.6 YK20 YG11C YK25.6 YK20.2 YK020 YK30.2 etc. Usually used more is YK15 YK20 YG11C!


YK15: It is mainly suitable for inlaying impact rotary rock drill bits for light rock drills, and drilling medium-soft and hard rock formations below F=14.


YK20: Mainly suitable for inlaying impact rotary rock drill bits for medium or heavy rock drills, drilling relatively hard and hard rock formations with F=16-18 grade.


YG11C: It is mainly suitable for inlaying impact rotary rock drilling bits for heavy rock drills, and drilling hard rock formations with F=18 grade or above.
