Q How to deliver the goods?
A For urgent order and light weight, we delivery by express: FedEx, TNT, DHL, UPS or EMS.
For more goods and heavy weight, we deliver by air or by sea.

Q How long is your delivery time?
A It’s depends.
For the standard parts which we have mold, it takes 7-15days after receiving the deposit.
For the non-standard parts which we don’t have mold, it takes 15-35 days after receiving the deposit.

Q What is your terms of payment ?
A We accept payment by T/T,Western Union, Alipay and Wechat pay.
Payment<=1000USD, 100% in advance.
Payment>=1000USD, 30% T/T in advance ,balance before shippment.

Q Do you provide free samples ?
A For most products, we will provide sample by free, but client pay express charge.
For some more expensive item and OEM samples, please check the exact cost with us separately.
