KB600 wear-resistant welding wire: Chromium molybdenum tungsten series overlay welding wire, specially designed for overlay welding of cutting tools for subway shield tunneling construction. Its matrix is made of nickel alloy, which not only has high temperature resistance (950 ℃), but also has a small tendency to crack, and has good impact resistance and wear resistance. The surface of the weld seam is aesthetically formed, free of slag, and has a single layer hardness of HRC ≥ 60.
UTP A DUR 600 wear-resistant welding wire: used for surface overlay welding, with good impact resistance and wear resistance. It is usually used to bear high impact and moderate wear components, and can be used for shield construction tool edge overlay welding.
